Manuka tree is a kind of tea tree growing in New Zealand, with an exceptional antibacterial and oxidizing factor called Unique Manuka Factor—UMF. How to Drink
Because only burgeen have been picked, we suggest to infuse 90℃ water only. The tea leaves will float on top for the first infusion and the aroma will gradually emanate from second and third infusion, at the same time they will submerge to the bottom of the teapot. After third to five infusion, the bitterness of the tea will gradually lixiviate. Only at this stage the effective ingredients will be out and absorbed by human body. So, the previous five infusions are to enjoy the tea, yet the later infusions are to remedy.
