We rate all our Manuka honey using the UMF trademark which was first registered as a trademark in 1998. The purpose of it being registered was to control its use and enforce standards. The rating is a measure of the attributes and values that make up Manuka honey, and assures purity & quality.

From the 1^st January 2015, all our labels will have a link back to the UMF website, where we are listed as a licensee – License number 1042.
